Due to the handmade nature of our products, we allow for a processing time of up to 1-2 weeks to ensure your product is made to our high standards.
Returns
If, unfortunately, your order arrives damaged during shipment, we're here to help make it right. We accept returns in the case of items damaged upon arrival within 7 business days of receipt.
To initiate a return for a damaged item, please follow these steps:

Refunds and Replacements

Non-returnable items
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless the items are damaged upon arrival.
